Welcome to our delightful 3-bedroom cottage in the heart of Broadstairs, perfect for families or small groups looking for a cozy coastal getaway. With 90 m² of thoughtfully designed space, the cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.
Nelson Cottage is a peaceful retreat in a central Broadstairs location, just 250 metres from the beach and a short walk to shops, pubs, cafés, wine bars, and the famous Morelli’s ice cream parlour.
Built around 1806 for Nelson’s Paymaster General, the cottage is full of character and has been beautifully restored as a stylish holiday home.
Broadstairs offers seven sandy beaches, summer beach fireworks, surfing at Joss Bay, and events like Dickens Week, Blues & Folk Week, and Food Festivals. You can explore the scenic Viking Coastal Trail or enjoy nearby golf courses, including Sandwich Championship and North Foreland. For those who like to stay active, Elite Fitness Gym is just a few minutes’ walk away and offers guest passes, while Bannatyne Health Club and Spa provides a gym and swimming pool.
On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy living room with a working wood burner, perfect for relaxing evenings, and a compact kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer, a small dishwasher, a microwave oven/grill, toaster, and kettle.
The first floor has a double bedroom with an en-suite shower, toilet, and washbasin. Steep stairs lead to the second floor, where there is a double bedroom with an additional single bed, a separate single bedroom, and a bathroom with shower, washbasin, and toilet.
The cottage includes on-site parking and free Wi-Fi throughout. The TV offers a range of channels via an app-based network.
