This bright and airy 2 ensuite bedroom apartment is on the first floor of this converted office building. Located just East of the town centre it is ideally located for the main town centre, the business district, the college and university campus as well as the popular Waterfront area. Nearby bus links give easy access to out of town locations such as Ipswich Hospital and BT’s Adastral Park.

The apartment is spacious and is furnished to a high level, with a fully equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, toaster, washing machine and tumble dryer, iron/ironing board, and sufficient cooking/serving equipment for your day-to-day catering. There is a breakfast bar area with two stools.
You will be provided on arrival with a welcome pack on arrival of basics such as bread/butter, milk, cereal, eggs, beans and tea/coffee. We also provide essentials such as washing up liquid, kitchen rolls, cooking oil, salt and pepper.
The large open-plan lounge/dining area has two large sofas and a chair, coffee table, Smart TV and a dining table with chairs to comfortably sit 4 people. Free to air terrestrial channels are provided and also the facility for you to view your own streaming content.
Both bedrooms have a double bed, ensuite bathroom (one with shower-over-bath and one with shower cubicle) plus wardrobe and drawer unit. Welcome toiletries (shampoo/shower gel) are provided.
There is a further guest toilet off the internal hallway of the apartment.
The building has secure entry via key fob and an internal lift to all floors. The apartment comes with one allocated parking space in the covered car park underneath the building.
Please note there is no requirement for a carbon monoxide detector as there is no gas supply to this apartment.
Ipswich is Suffolk’s County Town and due to recent and significant regeneration projects, the town is alive and bustling. It has a thriving business district, an excellent cultural and arts scene, a constantly growing food and drink offering, sports and outdoor activities galore, some spectacular coastal, rural and architectural scenery, many places of interest to visit, and not forgetting the impressive history and heritage of the area which dates back to the Anglo-Saxon times.
